Taking due action in respect thereof to be dealt with later, it must first be examined whether there is any inconvenience for granting the said license; and if there is not any such inconvenience, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Police Department and the Municipal Police Force so as to take a surety bond on the petitioner. The 14th of Kânûn Thânî (1)314 (26th of January 1899).
