We announce that according to the telegram presented by the central government about the expropriation of some property in Silwân village, and in accordance with the expropriation law, the necessary committee has been formed as clarified in articles six and seven of the law. The mentioned lands have been evaluated at 4195 nine francs as mentioned above. Therefore, and according to article eight of this law, this announcement has been written and hung up for eight days. In order for this to be known, these procedures were published on the 30th of Nîsân (1)325 (13th of May 1909).
