Concerning the place to be constructed by Yakub Mikhar (?) in Urub
Subsequent to the drawing up of the map of the place to be constructed, the council member Bugus and engineer Effendis were sent there for the inspection of the location and the above-written inspection report was prepared. It has been understood that, in accordance with the hereby presented certified inspection report, the construction costs would add up to 150 French liras and that this would be appropriate in the context of that location. The 21st of Mârt (1)314 (2nd of April 1898).
