On the telegram sent from the Kaymakamlık of Jaffa, regarding the implementations of smallpox vaccine
Since the said certificates are sent from İstanbul and submitted to the official vaccinator, and the vaccinator is in Gazza for the time being, it is appropriate to notify the Kaymakamlık of the Kaza of Gaza with a written decree in order to send a sample or a sufficient amount of the certificates available in the hands of the vaccinator.
