It has been decided to put (?) the administraton of the gas (supply?) under the responsibility of Al Subnûrtû and it has been understood from a darknâr from the direction of the mentioned adminstration dated on the 28th of Mârt (1)323 that there is an average of about seven thousand gas bottles daily. This has been registered accordingly. It is deemed appropriate to take from the mentioned administration under Al Subnûrtû three thousand French liras, of which two thousand seven hundred and fifty liras represent the worth of the seven thousand bottles, and two hunded and fifty liras for the buildings of the mentioned administration. All of this is to be obtained from the Ottoman general enterprise Al Subnûrtû, based in Istanbul, whose representative here is the Ottoman citizen Shu’aiba Al Sabâlqa. In order to write the needed documents and obtain what is needed from the presidency, this decision was taken on the 3rd of Nîsân (1)323 (16th of April 1907).
