Need for cash for the municipal fund due to water purchase: As presented and stated, the municipal fund has a debt of 1,000 lira and next month, it is necessary to pay 500 lira from the said sum. Since the equipment necessary to give water to regions outside the city wall is being purchased, the municipal fund is in severe need of cash. Since it is impossible now to pay from the municipal fund the sum that must be given to the petitioners, it is appropriate to relegate the matter again to the accounting in order to find another source to make the payment.
