The daftar is followed by a maḍbaṭa of the members of the Managing Council: Faydi Islam, qādī; Muhammad Tahir, mudīr mal; as-sayyid Muhammad Nas'at, mudīr tahrirat; Ya'qub al-Basir, [haham] of the Jews and others.
The document is prepared in connection with the repair of the prison in al-Quds; the expenses for it amounts to 662 ġurūš.
