4 leaves, between 21-44x15,5-31 cm; white, thin (leaves 1 and 3) and of medium thickness, damaged by dampness; torn in the left part with slightly damaged text (leaves 3 and 4); part of heart (leaf 1); three crescents (leaves 3 and 4); black and brown; nash with elements of ruq'a (leaf 4, large nash).

Page 1. Maktub from al-hagg Qasim Ya'qub, dabit of the fortress al-'Aris, to al-hagg Ahmad pāšā al-Gazzar;
Page 2. Ard from the notables of Gazza;
Page 3. Arduhāl from Mustafa, mutassalim of al-Quds, to the wālī of as-Sa'm;
Page 4. Arduhāl from Muhammad, mutassalim of as-Sa'm.
They contain information about the movement of the French troops, which have reached al-Qarin and al-Haggan from where they have banished Ibrahim bey. The latter is in need of food and water. It is necessary to assure troops for the protection of al-Quds and to send gunpowder from Hims and Hama.
