It is stated in the report given by the municipal doctor that, on the occasion of the arrival of summer, things that can spread malodour and pollute the air as tripe, intestine and chitterlings be prohibited to be brought within the kaza; and that no harm is seen for the entrance of carcasses if the head and legs are clean. Therefore, necessary warnings have been issued to the butchers subject to the Ottoman state and it is also necessary to explain the situation and warn the above-written butchers who are subjects of foreign states. It is appropriate to notify the consulates of their states in order to additionally warn that a fine shall be imposed to them if they bring tripe, intestine and chitterlings within the kaza, and the carcasses shall be seized and thrown away unless their head and legs are clean.
