Observations: Until the end of the court process the lands of the waqf would not be rented to any tax-farmers and would be entrusted whether the hands of the keeper of the tomb or another trustworthy man. At the end of each record, it is also stated that the details of the appoinment were recorded in “Tafsîl Registers” and gave the exact numbers of the records.
