Upon the Ministry of Medicine’s letter dated 14 September 1910 and numbered 162, regarding that information have been received as to the fact that an uncertificated pharmacist is employed at one of the municipal pharmacies
Derviş Effendi has been put in charge of the administration of the hospital and the municipal pharmacies within the city. He himself has charged a suitable person in the said pharmacies, and it is natural that these people do not have any certificate as they are not responsible themselves. Therefore, it must be made sure that, after the completion of his work at the hospital, Derviş Effendi attend the pharmacy in the city every afternoon. As regards taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Office of the Municipal Doctor. The 4th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)326 (17th of October 1910).
