Upon the letter, dated 24 January 1906 and dated 96, by the Mail and Telegraph Directorate, regarding the Dutch auction of 35 old telegraphs
The said telegaphs were put on Dutch auction upon imperial decree and this was announced by a town-crier; and offer was made to those persons stated by the Mail and Telegraph Directorate to be suitors for this sale, but no one showed any interest. The 9th of Shubât (1)321 (22nd of February 1906).
