Upon the Gendarme Commandership’s note dated 28 November 1908
The requested goods have been put on Dutch auction. After the completing of bidding, it has been decided that each kilo of coal be supplied by Yakup İsmail at a rate of 0.2 piasters as respected current akçe and each mat by Muhammed Al Far (?) at a rate of 0.15 piasters. It has been considered necessary to purchase the requested goods from the merchant and it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Gendarme Commandership for taking due action in respect thereof. The 27th of Kânûn Awwal (1)324 (9th of January 1909).
