It has been decided by the council to put two barrels on the road leading to Ma'min ‘Allah for daily sprinkling of the mentioned road with twenty water skins, namely ten in the morning and ten in the evening. Therefore, it has been agreed with Muhammad Mustafâ Mash'al, the tax farmer of sprinkling of the upper area, to furnish and sprinkle the twenty water skins ==?? for the amount of ten piasters to be paid in installments starting on Wednesday [morning] the 16th of Huzayrân (1)315. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 16th of Huzayrân (1)315 (28th of June 1899).
