Scope and content
It is urgent to install twenty-seven meters of sewage water lines in the old city of Bethlehem from the beginning of the market until the door of the Fatabria courtyard given the renovation of the road in that area. Accordingly, it has been decided to install the mentioned sewage line of a length of 27 meters and width of 3 or 5 centimeter and a height of 60 centimeters, with the help of the engineer Ibrâhîm Effendi Mûsâ, as a supervisor. (It has also been decided) to pay what is needed from the Jerusalem municipality treasury in such a way that it will not exceed 27 majîdî and to keep a log of expenses with details. In order to confirm this, this decision was taken on the 26th of Tammûz (1)310 (7th of August 1894).
