It was understood from the content of the official letter that the surety bond against the person demanding the stoppage of the construction has been obtained. In accordance with the 53. article of the Public Buildings Regulation, it is appropriate to send an official letter from the Mutasarrifate to the Russian Consulate to enjoin that the said construction be stopped for ten days beginning from the date of notification.
