The estimated cost of the said reparation was put on Dutch auction and after the completion of bidding, it was decided that it be undertaken by İlyas Abu Salih under the guarantee of Yakıb Salim Abu Makhar (?) at a rate of 750 piasters as respected current akçe. The 3rd of Tishrîn Awwal (1)317 (16th of October 1901).
