Pertaining to the act numbered 1050 dated 27 July 1900 sent by the Consulate of Germany about the cart drivers
It has been found appropriate that necessary warnings and reminders are to be made to the cart drivers to not drive the cart and the animals too fast, to be careful during driving; and that in case of any opposition by the cart driver, this person will be fined once, and in case of repetition, the fine will be doubled. Besides, necessary announcements have been put up on the wall to communicate these measures with the cart drivers. The municipal sergeants have been ordered to regularly supervise the situation and to report the misconduct on time. The 1st of Agustos (1)316 (14th of August 1900).
