According to the orders of the Grand Vizier, special attention has been given to cleaning work, and the Chief Rabbi has been informed to warn the Jewish community on this matter at the synagogues. Likewise, within and outside the city walls, at least one member walks around to supervise cleaning works. The 2nd of Agustos (1)311 (14th of August 1895).
