According to the decision of the district administrative council dated on the 3rd of Nîsân (1)323 and bearing the number 151, the needed amount of land has been bought from khawâja Faber and the road has been opened. Since it is urgent to repair this road and turn it into a carrossable road, the council has decided to nominated one of our members, the honorable Muhammad Yûsuf Effendi along with the municipality’s engineer in order to start the needed works under their responsibility. And in order to pay what is needed from the municipality’s treasury, this decision was taken on the 24th of Nîsân (1)323 (7th of May 1907).
