According to the journal dated on the 23rd of Nîsân (1)323 submitted by the the assistant (member?) of the municipality, the council has decided to hang up a lantern at Râs al Aqaba (near) the secondary school as of the 23rd of Nîsân. So in order for the lighting payment to be given to the contractor as of the aforementioned date, this decision was reached on the 26th of Nîsân (1)323 (9th of May 1907).
