The cost of the requested coal was put to Dutch auction and necessary incentives were given. After the completion of bidding, it was decided that an atik kıyye of coal be provided by Yusuf Abu Al Dul (?) through the guarantee of Abdulgani Al Seni (?) at a rate of 0.18 piasters as respected current akçe. It is thus appropriate to relegate the matter to the sanjak administrative council for approval. The 13th of Kânûn awal (1)313 (25th of December 1897).
