Scope and content

His Beatitude is already aware of all the harm that Koutsis has caused the petitioner. The mistreatment and the lies on the part of Koutsis were proven at the Monastery. However, now Koutsis is filling a lawsuit against him, because he claims that the petitioner is responsible for the miscarriage of his daughter. This has already been proven to be a false accusation, according to statements from the midwife and the priest, his daughter had the miscarriage before all those incidents. But due to those accusations, he is in danger of being sent to jail; thus, he is kindly asking for the document stating the ruling of the Monastery to be given to him. The Dragoman went to the interrogator, this shows that indeed the petitioner is responsible for the miscarriage of Koutsis daughter (the last sentence is supposed to be in brackets, right? because it's not in favour of the petitioner).
