His home country is Ramallah but he has been living in Remle for the last ten years. Now he plans to move to Jerusalem, in order to make ends meet. This is why he would like to kindly ask His Beatitude to give him a house in Jerusalem. His Beatitude had made a promise to him, but after 15 days, because Easter was coming, he went to Lydda, where the petitioner begged His Beatitude to fulfil his promise. His Beatitude promised him once more, that he would fulfil his promise upon his return to Jerusalem. The petitioner is now kindly asking His Beatitude to fulfil his promise, because he can't afford to wait anymore.
