Leyâil-i (geceler) mübâreke ve evkat-ı meshûdede icrâ-yı şehrâyin için iktizâ eden fişenklerin Tophane-i Amire’den talep olunması fi 28 Kanun-ı sani sene 1313 tarih ve 533 numerolu Tophane-i Amire Müşiriyet-i âliyesinden şeref-vurud eden tahrirat-ı âliyelerinde irâde buyrulmuş olduğundan ve aleyh sa’id-i müvellid hazret-i şehriyârinin takarrüb-i cülûsu münâsebetiyle matviyyen takdim kılınan pusulada muharrer 4250 guruş fiyatla el’ab-ı nâriyenin Kudüs sancağı devâir-i belediyelerine luzûmu bulunmuş olduğundan el’ab-ı nâriye-i mezkûrenin sür’âtirs-i mümküne ile irsâli ve buraya vusûlünde pahası irsâl olunacağı husûslarının müşüriyet-i müşârün-ileyhaya bi-t-tahrirât-ı âliyeleri beyân ve iş’ârı babında.
