In a report filed by the hospital doctor dated on the 3rd of Mart (1)314, he requests the nomination of an officer in charge of daily supplies for the hospital. Accordingly, the council has decided to nominate one of us the honorable Yûsuf Nussaybi Effendi for the purchase of the mentioned supplies. In order to certify this, this decision was taken on the 3rd of Mârt (1)314 (15th of March 1898).
