It has been mentioned in the report dated on the 10th of Shubât (1)325, number 193 and which was presented by the military commissioner in Jerusalem, and referred to this department, that the telegram dated on the 9th of Shubât (1)325 from the fifth military section, and in reference to the notice from the Military Ministry that money can be paid instead of undergoing military service for non-Muslim men who were born between (1)299 and (1)304. Those who wish to pay the money should deliver it to Istanbul. After military inspections the men were separated to first and second according to a timetable. Those who wish pay cash alternatives should do so now. In order for this to be known, these procedures were published on the 15th of Shubât (1)325 (28th of February 1910).
