This petition was analyzed in detail and the document about the roads said to have been closed, appropriated and demolished was relegated to Judge Effendi in order to take necessary action in respect thereof. Additionally, since it was stated in the same petition that there was no longer any residence security in the said village, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force. The 24th of Shubât (1)311 (8th of March 1899).
