Scope and content

The livestock tax of the centre of Jerusalem, commonly owned by the Goods’ Fund and the Municipal Fund, was put on Dutch auction to the account of 1323 (1907-1908) and it was retained by Umran Dakkak Effendi at a rate of 9,000 piasters, which had been its previous cost. Despite necessary incentives, no other suitor has come to the fore, so it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council to take due action in respect thereof through advising with the Sanjak’s Accounting. The 24th of Shubât (1)322 (9th of March 1907).
