From Ghevond vardapet Makhsudyan to Matevos Izmirlyan

Vardapet Ghevond informs Bishop Izmirlyan about the steps being taken inside churches and dioceses; financial questions, the economic conditon of the patriarchate; the windows of the temple of Bethlehem; the need for future expenses; the properties of bishop Isahak; the election of a new sacristan; other personal issues.

One of the bulletins introduces the bought and sold properties, the newly-built buildings and financial reports of 1893-1905 and 1905-1907. A conclusion and decision on the report sent to Constantinople by the Patriarchate of Jerusalem. One of the bulletins is on the orphans, the struggle between the two opposing parties inside the patriarchate (for and against Ghevond), the inner situation of the patriarchate. With another bulletin a group a monks ask the Patriarch of Constantinople to let their outcast friends return to Jerusalem. The minute extracts are on the illegitimacies of pro-Ghevondians, there is also information on the investigative committee's actions.
