One of the bulletins introduces the bought and sold properties, the newly-built buildings and financial reports of 1893-1905 and 1905-1907. A conclusion and decision on the report sent to Constantinople by the Patriarchate of Jerusalem. One of the bulletins is on the orphans, the struggle between the two opposing parties inside the patriarchate (for and against Ghevond), the inner situation of the patriarchate. With another bulletin a group a monks ask the Patriarch of Constantinople to let their outcast friends return to Jerusalem. The minute extracts are on the illegitimacies of pro-Ghevondians, there is also information on the investigative committee's actions. The last letter is on the escape of seven vardapets to the convent of Joppe, the tensions betweem Armenian citizens and the requestors of reports, the incompetence of Patriarch Harutyun, the chaos inside the brotherhood, falcifications, clashes between citizens and some monks.

Correspondence between priest Sahak Sargsyan and Matevos Izmirlyan; between Malachia Ormanian and Matevos Izmirlyan; letters from Simeon Seferchyan to Patriarch Harutyun; financial lists prepared by bishop Gevorg Yeristyan; a congratulatory note to Patriarch Harutyun. Sahak Sargsyan and Izmirlyan discuss the distrust and discontent of the authorities towards Izmirlyan, the lies spread by Yeghishe Chilinkeryan, etc. Sahakyan asks Izmirlyan to keep in a neutral position regarding the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem not to excite the anger of the government, to which Izmirlyan responds that he had never attempted to interfere in the convent's businesses. They also discuss some financial issues of the brotherhood, as well as personal issues. Papers on Petros Sarajian, the principal of the Jarangavorats Seminary. The latter introduces to the patriarch the 5-year program of the seminary asking for confirmation. Attached is the list of the subjects to be taught, the timeline and the list of the teachers. Mihran Setyan and Matevos Izmirlyan discuss the need for establishing a special board for the investigation of the financial issues of the convent of Jerusalem. They discuss the financial issues of the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem, the reasons for the debt, the financial report sent to Constantinople by vardapet Ghevond, the issues of selling and buying of properties, the inner issues of the brotherhood. They discuss the need for establishing peace inside the brotherhood; other national issues. The resolution concerns the investigation of the financial issues of the Patriarchate introduced to the joint assembly of the central board. The 60-page report on the financial defalcations of vardapet Ghevond between 1889-1906 is prepared by Matevos Gayegchyan.

From archbishop Jalalyan to the Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem Harutyun Vehapetyan

Archbishop Sargis Jalalyan writes that before his arrival in Constantinople an appeal had been made to the Supreme Porte with a request to take action against the wrongdoings of the Latin church. The government had accepted the request and had the ceiling of the temple repaired and granted a license to hang the Armenian and Greek pictures according to the old custom.

Vardapet Ghevond informs Bishop Izmirlyan about the steps being taken inside churches and dioceses; financial questions, the economic conditon of the patriarchate; the windows of the temple of Bethlehem; the need for future expenses; the properties of bishop Isahak; the election of a new sacristan; other personal issues.
