Need of a decree regarding the postal dispatch of vaccines: Upon the understanding that vaccines were out of stock in Jerusalem, an official letter was written to the Beirut Mayoralty and 30 vaccines were imported. In the letter coming from the Beirut Mayoralty, it was stated that the vaccine fee is 7.5 Medjidie and that the mailing fee and stamp fee were 4 piasters. For the posting of items of vaccines and the dispatch of this money to Jerusalem, it would be appropriate to send a decree to the kaymakamlık of the kaza. Fail of public bid relating to repair work relegated to the Sankaj Administrative Council: The costs of this requested reparation were opened to bidding and in accordance with the survey report enclosed herewith, it was understood that the estimated cost was at an appropriate level. As it was understood that it would be more proper for this reparation to be undertaken on government account, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council for discussion.
