Fail of public bid relating to repair work relegated to the Sankaj Administrative Council: The costs of this requested reparation were opened to bidding and in accordance with the survey report enclosed herewith, it was understood that the estimated cost was at an appropriate level. For this reason, no bidder cut the price. As it was understood that it would be more proper for this reparation to be undertaken on government account, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council for discussion. The 9th of Mârt (1)308 (21st of March 1892).
