We announce that a telegram has arrived from the governorate of Nablus dated on the 23rd of Aylûl (1)316 which states that a Dutch auction is proposed for the construction of a clock tower in the old city of Nablus according to the stated terms. Whoever is interested in making a bid should contact the municipality in Jerusalem within seven days from today’ date. In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 27th of Aylûl (1)316 (10th of October 1900).
