A land was purchased and registered in the name of a Ottoman subjects for an apartment to be constructed for the residence of Russians who come to visit three thousand years old oak three, called mücba-i enbiya(gathering of prophets) due to Abraham had meal with his guest beneath it, and situated near Habron in Jerusalem. The permit for the construction of the mentioned apartment was requested from Russian Embassy, however this may extended to other states therefore the mentioned land cost is to paid by the governmet due to excitement of muslim community.
