Animals and Cattles of Ottoman subjects have been pastured in Russian forages and henceforth in regard to this permission for pasture, some animals were brought over to other side of Prut river, however the river was blocked and animals were arrested, real estates and revenue that Moldovian boyars possess on the deserted lands were seized by Russians. Revenues and real estates of the deserted lands belong to Pious Foundations of Moldovian monasteries dependent to Jerusalem, Turusina and Aynaroz monasteries, were seized by Russia and banned to be sold. No signature.
