Today the mukhtâr of the Maghâriba Quarter came, with him a girl he found. He says that he found her in the Noble Sanctuary (Haram al-Sharîf). Hâj ‘Abd Al Dâ’îm Al Mughrabi has promised to raise her and nurse her. In order to feed her, an amount of thirty piasters are needed for wet-nursing and the rest for her expenses from today on. In order for the mentioned amount to be paid monthly from the council’s treasury’s budget for the poor, this decision was taken on the 14th of Kânûn Awwal (1)320 (27th of December 1904).
