The reparation cost of the said room was opened to Dutch auction. After the completion of bidding, it was decided that the reparation work be submitted to Rashid Al-Bilbi through the guarantee of İlyas Abu Salih at a rate of 650 piasters as respected current akçe. The 28th of Kânûn Thânî (1)310 (9th of February 1895).
