With due action to be taken in respect thereof, the guarantor given by the petitioner is Yakub bin Mihail Ataullah. This guarantor has provided one room and one yard as a guarantee, apart from his residence; and these, which are at a worth of 6,500 piasters, located outside Jerusalem and registered in the columns of February 1310 (1895 February – March) and number 29, have been found sufficient as a guarantee. However, since it has been considered necessary that the said real estate be levied and our council be informed in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Office of Main Register of Revenues so as to take due action in respect thereof. The 19th of Mayîs (1)314 (31st of May 1898).
