The people of some villages have presented petitions regarding the rectification of the exorbitant price determined by a special commission for their real estates and lands. These petitions are relegated to our council for necessary investigation in due manner and a special commission has been appointed by our council for the realization of the necessary investigation. The said commission has to go to villages in order to investigate and inspect these real estates and lands which all have multifarious values; so, our council presented a letter, dated 5 February 1902 and numbered 224, regarding the determination and remittance of the daily allowance and wage to be given to them, but no result has been obtained yet. As presented and explained, there is a limited period of time for the examination of said objections; so, if a lapse would occur for this period due to a delay in the matter of daily allowance and wage, the municipality shall not assume any responsibility for this reason.
