It was announced in the telegram dated on the 12th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)324, from the Ceremonies Directorate in Jaffa, that anyone found with medals or badges will be penalized according to legal punishments. However, it is allowed to deal in honorary medals, since they are used in Istanbul. In order for this to be known, these procedures were announced on the 21st of Tishrîn Awwal (1)324 (3rd of November 1908).
