Upon the Waqfs Accounting’s marginal note dated 22 September 1324 and numbered 142 regarding the demolition of a room constructed by Sheikh İsa İbn-i Said over the mosque in the village of Bittir
Upon the letter referred to in the marginal note by the Waqfs Accounting, it is requested that the room over the mosque, whose three walls have been recently constructed and one wall erstwhile made and which has an uncompleted roof, be demolished by the municipality without any trial. However, as the said letter was written before the declaration of the Constitution, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council in order to explain whether it is legally permissible now to demolish this room without any trial. The 22nd of Tishrîn Awwal (1)324 (4th of November 1908).
