It has been stated by experts that the said crops have been sold at the above-written prices at the rate of respected current akçe. If these prices are deemed suitable, they must be confirmed; and as the prices of these provisions are demanded from different offices every year, they must be returned to our council after being registered to be given upon request. For all these reasons, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 8th of Aylûl (1)324 (21st of September 1908).
