Upon the petition given on 14 September 1908 by Nikola Effendi who was removed from his post as an official
As stated in the letter, dated 13 September 1908 and numbered 207, presented by our council upon the letter by the Association of Union and Progress, the petitioner had maltreatments towards the people and recurrent complaints were issued about him, so a decision has been taken to remove him from his post. The 1st of Aylûl (1)324 (14th of September 1908).
