Ashâb-ı istidanın 12.000 arşûn mesâhasında ebniye inşâ edecekleri ve ebniye-i mezkûrenin 12.000 arşûn arâzi işgâl edeceği balâda muharrer keşiften ve haritadan müsteban olmuş ve Defter-i Hakânî derkenârında beyân olunduğuna nazaran arâzi-i mezkûre mesâhâsı 6.900 arşûn olduğu beyân olunmuş olduğundan arazi-i mezkûre mesahâsının ve ebniye-i mezkûre cesim bulunduğu cihetle inşasına ruhsat verilib verilmemesinin beyânı zımmında defter-i hakânî ve meclis-i idâre-i livâya emr-ü havâlesi babında emr-ü fermân. Fi 9 Teşrin-i evvel sene 324.
