Upon the petition given by Nahum Birkemin Ben Yahuda, Yuil Musa Salamon, Yusuf Hayyim Zonfelt (?), Ibn-i Şalomo and Şamuil Mihail İbn-i David, regarding the issue of license for building construction
It has been understood from the above-written inspection and map that the petitioner would construct a building with a size 12,000 archine and that this building would occupy a space of 12,000 archine. As stated in the marginal note by the Office of Main Register of Revenues, surface area of the said land is 6,900 archine; and as the measurement of this land is correct and the said building has been found to be too large, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Office of Main Register of Revenues and to the Sanjak Administrative Council in order to make an explanation about whether a license would be issued for its construction. The 9th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)324 (22nd of October 1908).
