Upon the municipal inspector’s letter, dated 21 September 1908, regarding the closure of the road in front of the Armenian Catholic Monastery
It has been stipulated in the imperial decree that a five-meter road be opened in order to remove the juxtaposition between the land of the said monastery and the Kadiri and Naqshbandi lodges. It was erstwhile taken over by the said person, its limit was alluded to in the contract conserved by the Sanjak Administrative Council and this road was opened upon the Sanjak Administrative Council’s letter dated 26 November 1907 and numbered 1043. As it has been understood from the content of this letter that there is now no necessity for closing this road, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to where necessary in order to open it quickly as was the case in the past. The 8th of Aylûl (1)324 (21st of September 1908).
