Upon the letter, dated 3 September 1908 and numbered 74, by the Bethlehem Directorate regarding the abolition of kile scales of cereals
The said scales has been used everywhere from old times and if they are not abolished in Bethlehem and an agreement is reached between the customer and the seller, cereals can be bought through weighing scales. For negotiating the matter and making an explanation, it is appropriate to relegate it to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 2nd of Aylûl (1)324 (15th of September 1908).
