According to the application presented by Tawfîq Effendi, son of Amîn Effendi Abu Sa’ûd, and the report dated on the 4th of August (1)324, presented by the health inspector about Izz al Dîn Effendi Abû Ghazala’s appointment as pharmacist, the council has decided to examine the two recommended persons with the knowledge of Kharstâkî Effendi, Mityâ Effendi and Sam'ân Effendi, under the supervision of the health inspector, the respectable Fûtî Effendi. The most competent one will be appointed as the municipal pharmacist. In order for this to be clarified, this decision was taken on the 22nd of Aylûl (1)324 (5th of October 1908).
