The said place was inspected and it was understood that now at its starting point, the width of the road causing protest is 1 meter 60 carat; the width at its midst is 1 meter 35 carat; and the width in the place where it deviates from the west is 1 meter. Since the roads whose width at their midst is one meter from of old are protected as they are now and the wall there is a mutual one, it is deemed necessary to apply to the Court of First Instance to adjudicate on this matter. The 27th of Mâyis (1)315 (8th of June 1899).
